Do you support the coal miners and industral workers in the United States?

I support the working class. that said, I think the coal miners should be paid to be retrained to new jobs that will help, not hurt the ecology of this country and which would also be less physically damaging to the workers themselves.

Yes, I support the American workers and I want them to be safe while working. Donald Trump doesn't support the American workers. He promised that the pipeline would use American-made steel--he lied. Trump is in so deep with the Russians that he just made a deal to use Russian-made steel by a Russian company with ties to Putin.

Trump's whole administration is full of fossil fuel billionaires many have received an award from Putin himself for making him the wealthiest man in the world. Trump is actually taking jobs away from American steel workers and giving them to communist Russians who hate us.

Russian Oligarchs have latched onto Trump. #1 is Roman Abramovich who owns the Evraz Steel corporation in Russia. He is the beneficiary using his steel for the controversial pipeline.

Mrs . Dascha Abramovich is the best friend of Ivanka Trump. The Abramovich's gave Putin a very large yacht. I wonder what they are giving Donald Trump.

The only concern I have for the future of the industry is that as new types of energy production are made, trending away from coal, how will they be affected long term. Plus the medical bills.

Right now, the only countries that buy coal from us are Mexico?, china and India. And they too are reducing the amount they use and switching to cleaner sources to help pollution....

I wish them the best, but I am not switching back from natural gas, solar and other just so they can have work. And if we subsidize it, we have to subsidize everything...all sources.
