"What is institutional sexism?Give examples and not flawed ones like the wage gap with proof.I'd like to see it from a feminazis pov?"

"Institutionalized sexism" is another one of those catch-phrases that feminists have redefined in order to use it as a weapon against men. Used correctly however, it is a liability against feminists. This is because the only true institutionalized sexism occurring is against males and not females in the Western world where feminists reside.

Institutionalized sexism simply means sexism that is ingrained into the institution. In other words, the sexism is part of our system of governance. Since only men are legally discriminated against in the first world (by for example: the Selective Service obligation, affirmative action, taxpayer funded "women's only" programs and benefits to name just a few) we can say that only men suffer this institutionalized sexism.

Feminists redefine this to mean SOCIAL sexism (as opposed to LEGAL sexism) ... and then only when it occurs against women. But even then, not to all women, but individual women. The feminist deception is to claim that ALL women suffer the same sexism while ALL men are exempt from any similar sexism, and that every facet of society, from government to police to teachers and family men are all OK with that sexism.

A ridiculous proposition when you think about it.

It's not my job to educate you. Just go look yourself. Unless you live under a rock, sexism is so easy to see. It's everywhere.
