Is it worth getting PS4 pro on 1080p TV?
So, I was thinking about getting a PS4 pro for the extra horse power, and I know the main feature of the PS4 pro is 4k and hdr, but I own a 1080p 60 inch plasma TV that I have yet to find any 4k TV to replace it yet, (except 4k oled) but I used to have a 1500 dollar 4k hdr Samsung TV from 2016, but sold it after I got this plasma TV, I played on the plasma for a couple months and went back to the 4k, and the 4k had to much blur and the plasma has surprisingly more detail and depth and far better colors and contrast. Lol. Anyway, does the PS4 pro still look better than a base PS4 on a 1080p, or does it only make a difference on 4k

You won't notice any difference between a regular PS4 and a PS4 Pro on a 1080p TV.
However PS4 Pro is also supposed to give you slightly better graphics for the PS VR headset. So if you plan on buying that, you may still want to buy the PS4 Pro even if you never intend on buying a 4k TV.
