Is Trump good for the economy?

He's a disaster!

Right now, there is no economy.

It is actually a little early to tell. the jobs numbers have been building steadily anyway, but Some of it might have to do with Trump's stance on keeping jobs here and curtailing immigration, its hard to tell yet.

Everyone wants a yes or no answer, is trump, was Obama, Reagan, Clinton, etc, good or bad for the economy/America as a whole, and the answer is it depends on how you define it.

A Trump admin is likely to be fairly good for the investors of different segments of our economy that benefit from his policies, not so good for others.

So far it has been good for large scale real estate investors, companies that import large amounts of goods for retail and construction (say, WalMart and Ingersol Rand), Canadian oil companies. It will continue to be good for some, not so good for others.

Nope. Wall street's blowing a huge bubble because they're expecting the tax cut handout he promised, but it's going to pop when he realizes he can't afford to put a trillion dollars into infrastructure, build a 2000 mile monument to racial fear across the border, and fund his military expansions at the same time. It's happened before several times.

Too early to tell. He has not had an effect on the economy one way or another at this point.
