How much of the money in "Save the Children" goes to starving children, and how much of it goes to overhead?

According to their website, 13% goes to fundraising and administration.

Sadly they pay a huge number of their staff more money than people in high postions in industry and Commerce! It is long overdue for so called charities to provide yearly forensic audits of where the money goes, what they pay their staff and just what percent of money collected actually REACHES the needy it is meant for!

I am suspicious of any and all charities. Their books are usually "cooked", and most of the money or product gets siphoned off long before it gets to the intended recipients. African dictators and warlords intercept most of our US aid. Starving kids are still starving!!!!!
