To answer all of this would take an essay, if not a book. It sounds like your homework to me.
You might get better answers if you broke this down into separate questions, I will answer one of them.
The overwhelming urge in the males of the animal kingdom is to procreate, spread their seed to the largest number of females as possible.
Whereas for females it is to give birth and protect their young, a single partner, the father of their babies is the safest way to do this.

It is ego or pain body control. Women love and men do not, they may love the sex but not the woman. Breaking a womans spirit is the win and to know that he does not hold that woman is an attack on the ego or pain body.
