Will I get a bill if the ambulance didn't take me to the hospital?

I threw up and someone called an ambulance. All they really did was taking my blood pressure and ask me questions. They didn't take me anywhere and I never even went inside the ambulance. Will I still get charged? They asked for my address and ID so that's why I'm concerned but I didn't even want/need their help.

Update:

They didn't ask for my insurance card by the way, if that makes a difference

On all three of the ambulance companies I worked for, you were only charged if you were transported. If we showed up, checked you out, and went on our merry way there was no bill. The cost was covered by the taxpayers of the city.
