Canker sore affecting mood. is this common?

I keep getting canker sores from accidentally biting my lip, and I have noticed that once it starts developing, my mood completely changes and i become very irritated and somewhat depressed. I also have fatigue and a foggy outlook.

Does anyone else experience this, and if so, what do you do about it?
