I rarely have breakfast during the weekdays as I tend to intermittent fast. However, on the weekend, I will indulge in yummy but low carb treats such as low carb waffles, pancakes, or crepes with yummy low carb maple syrup, or low carb version of nutella, some berries, some sugar free whipped cream etc...

For dinner, its usually similar the weekday dinners. Rotisserie chicken and roast veggies, lean meat stir-fries with non-starchy veggies, low carb fish tacos, fried riced cauliflower, various low carb pasta dishes, egg foo young, larb, shawarma and salad, kebabs and veggies or salad, salad burger bowls with butternut squash or banana squash fries, foiled fish and veggies, low carb or socca pizza, soups or stews or chilis if its cold outside, etc... We mix it up but try to keep it healthy.

More of a Sunday brunch--scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, hashbrowns, toast, juice and coffee.
