In American media (e.g. TV commercials; magazines; websites etc.) why are 9 out 10 people white and there is only ONE black person?

I understand that you want us Angolan-Americans (Yes, this black American knows his ancestral roots and ethnic heritage), Mexicans, Native Americans, Haitians, Koreans, and everyone is not considered Caucasian to think that we unimportant and not many of us constitutes of the American population, which is not only a lie, but this is also not cool.

Ever since I was about 19 years old (I turned 19 in June of 2009) and was in the U.S. Air Force here in Colorado I started noticing that in most American media outlets, especially in the commercials, there is always about 10 lily white people for every one black, well caramel-brown since you all feel like dark skinned blacks are not worthy to be portrayed in AmeriKKKan media, person.

Do you think that his is not hurtful or noticeable? Would it really hurt you to portray other ethnicities or does is hurt your white supremacist pride?

If I have made any typos or grammatical errors, please forgive me as I do no feel like proofreading before submitting this question.

Please don't get your feelings butt hurt just because I am talking about a real issue in this county. If all you've go is "stop pulling the race card" all I can say is that is not NASCAR so cut the bull-ish.

All jokes aside, this is a serious concern of mine that I would like for AmeriKKKa to address. Thank you.

I know that YOU in particular are NOT responsible for the lack of equal representation in the media. Thoughts? Answers?

Why not? US population is roughly 13% Black. Nine out of 10 leaves 10% black, roughly equivalent to the 13%. If you discount those Blacks who can't speak standard American English, 10% representation looks about right - maybe a bit too high.

Perhaps it's a reflection of our nation's demographics.

Because about there is about 1 black person to 10 white people in the US. (I think you knew this and are trying - VERY clumsily - trying to pretend that you don't know this.)
