If you are asking what income will result in a pell grant, there is no specific answer to that because there are a number of factors other than income that go into calculating the EFC, the number that determines eligibility for the Pell grant. For example, your EFC could be influenced by the number in your household, the number in college, assets, child support received or paid, sources of untaxed income, where you live, the age of the parents, etc. In general, if your family income is below $25,000 and someone in your family receives a means-tested form of public benefits such as SNAP, TANF, WIC, SSI or SSDI, then you will receive an automatic 0 EFC. Other than that, it really does depend on a combination of factors.
