If a=70, b= 69 . Then (a+b-a-b)=ab ??

    (a+b-a-b) = 0

    ab = 4830

    Well,

    the question makes no sense :

    for any a and b, anyway :

    (a + b - a - b) = 0

    and, here

    if a = 70 and b = 69, then

    ab = 4830

    therefore, of course :

    (a + b - a - b) =/= ab
