The teen will be charged with creation and distribution of child pornography

Look at that 16 year old kid in North Carolina who was charged as an adult for having nude pictures of himself on his own phone. He was charged with possession and creation of child pornography

Once you hit 'send', not just the older person who get to see them, your crush and the whole boys in your class and also the WORLD. That can't not be reversed!

Think twice, be mature about it, this idea? Is gonna bite you where it hurts the most: Your parents. Your future bosses. Your siblings. Your relatives. And a group of friends.

Sentence? Someone is going to be making a fortune, AND sex offender will pay a stiff fine, even jail time. He will probably be attacked in his jail cell, or worst.

reckless endangerment of a minor, possession of child pornography. If you are under the age of 18 please dont send nudes to this person. Do you really want to ruin their lives and have the put on the sex offender list. Please be smart and dont send nudes in general. its not the best idea in the world. Its actually a horrible idea and i dont recommend it.

You can get the older person in trouble for possession of child pornography. You could get in trouble for sexual harassment if they don't want to receive it. And you can get in trouble for creating and spreading child pornography.
