Hiring an academic writer is unethical but i fyou need help in osme parts or in research then it'not good because everyone who is good in study may not be a good writer.You should do your own research form scratch and should try your best to do it yourself but if you think you have to convince and satisfy your supervisor and need expertise help then you can ask for assistance.

'Ethical', relates to those opinions and rules that society agrees to.
As a member of 'society', I would say this is unethical - as you have presented it
If you wanted to write your own thesis, but hire an academic writer to edit it, then that may be borderline ethical

Submitting a thesis written by someone else is unethical, and a violation of the academic integrity policies of the institution. Potentially you are open to some kind of charge of fraud, but laws vary according to your location.
