5' 9" and 119 pounds is not fat if you're a girl. One of the most fabulous female bodies onto which I ever drooled was 5' 10" and 130 pounds. You're just fine. Maybe even a little bit better than fine. Enjoy being tall and thin...

BOI!!! HOLY **** YES. Ok quick check to the bmi calculator- you have a bmi of 17.4 which is clinically under weight D: in pounds you are 119 lb and I weigh that much and I'm 3 inches shorted than you!! You are thin honey, don't even worry about it
