WWE is not going to renew Eva Marie's contract, what are you're thoughts?

It's not surprising. The era for the Eva Marie type of female in wrestling has passed. They gave her a trainer in Brian Kendrick and she didn't improve. They put her on NXT with superior female wrestlers and she didn't improve. They brought her up to the main roster, was given a heat seeking gimmick, and she failed wellness. She got belligerent about it on twitter, so it doesn't surprise me that they don't want her around. Oh, did I also mention she didn't improve?

The only redeeming quality about her was the gimmick of the 'chosen one' who keeps eschewing an in-ring debut. They proved with Emma, almost unintentionally, that you can do that with anyone and garner a fair amount of heat. The woman doesn't love wrestling, and she's in the wrong era if she thinks it's only a means for pretty girls to springboard their career into some other entertainment or business venture.

just like rosa mendes , a talent gone to waste....wwe used her in stupid story lines. I think shes heading to TNA

I never really got to see much of her wrestling. She did have a good gimmick just before she got suspended. Its a shame she wasn't given a chance.

Well, she was never on the same level as Charlotte or Alexa Bliss.....

She didn't show much in the ring or on the mic. She did try to improve though.

I'm not shocked that she'll no longer be with WWE, and I won't miss her wrestling in the ring, but I do wish her the best with whatever she decides to do in the future.

Eva Marie was already doing other things anyway. She has her own clothing line(NEM Fashion), and she's also done some acting.

With those things going on, I don't see her wrestling for "Impact" or other wrestling promotions.

Maybe with how busy she was getting outside of WWE, she thought that it was the right time to move on to other interests.

I like Eva Marie and I hope the rumors are not true I hope she comes back

Sad as she was given so many opportunities to succeed whether being in the ring or relevant out the ring and in total divas.However I think WWE has finally realized that the fans were right about her and decided to let her go as she doesn't really have a place in WWE.

I thought she was going to win the Divas championship back when it was called so,because of the buzz of the WWE Universe's reaction to it would make the Divas division a bit more popular and controversial and the fact that she would have HAD to improve but I guess we are never going to get that.She just couldn't wrestle or talk on the mic,or get over no matter what.

WWE releases superstars every year,some surprising and/or significant others not so much but this to me is pretty relevant and shocking.I wish her the best in the future,especially WWE as a whole.

I don't really care. Eva never improved. She was only hired because of her looks. Hell, if it wasn't for Total Divas, she wouldn't have been employed this long. I, along with many others, won't miss Eva Marie at all.
