What makeup should I wear for prom?
Hi! So, I am NOT a makeup expert. It's a good day if I put on some mascara. But it's my senior prom, so I figure I should start looking for makeup ideas and try things out.
My dress is black and white. The top is white and the skirt is black. I'm going to wear teal shoes and a teal purse thing.
I have brown/hazel eyes and brown hair. I am sort of pale right now but I tan really easily once the sun is out.
Any ideas? Thanks for the help!

I recommend d the Naked palette from Urban decay.
A light foundation and finish with a full coverage powder. I like L'Oréal Trublend powder or It cosmetics celebration powder foundation.
Blush
And a natural lipstick. For a young girl like you I suggest NARS Dolce Vita lip crayon.

I suggest wearing a nice neutral smokey eye maybe? :) Since your outfit is black/white and you have a pop of teal maybe the neutral route is good.

Get your mom to take you to a salon/spa to get makeup done, the afternoon before the prom. Take note of colors and products used, so you will get some tips for DIY. Take some friends with you, if you want. Good luck.

Do a nude cool tone eye look.. since you are wearing a pop of color on the heels. Maybe a more understated lippie as well :)

I'd go in for a nude smokey eyes with some glitter, winged eyeliner (not suuuper thick tho) and a dark reddish matte lipstick, like the shade Divine Wine from Maybelline (I don't remember any other names by other brands, search for it on Google). Good luck and congratulations on graduating! :)
