Why can only some people see my contact preferences on Yahoo!Answers?
I have set my Yahoo!Answers preferences to allow email to be sent to me through my profile, but not everyone can see/use it to contact me. Do others have to enable their email preference, or what?

Yep other people have to have there Email enabled in order to be able to see those options
