It is only possible to blaspheme a person - a sentient being. The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead. The Bible is a book.

Although the Bible is the produce, the work of the Holy Spirit, using 40 authors over 1,600 years, to call the Bible 'a farce' is not to blaspheme the Holy Spirit. Jesus said that every sin and blasphemy would be forgiven (in Matthew's gospel) but He also said that we will be judged for every careless word we utter(12:16). No. But i'm still trying to figure out what it means to blaspheme the Holy Spirit since a person can do it unintentionally while they are unsaved. It probably only refers to denying Christ in your heart after you've been introduced to the Bible and after you've been given grace.
