sisters boyfriend influences her college?

So earlier this year my sister was defered from nc state but recently she got the news she got accepted into nc state. She was going to go to uncw because she didn't think she was going to get into nc state but now she did. nc state is better in every aspect against uncw and she is the type of girl that likes bigger schools. The thing is she is not sure wether she is going to go to nc state or not. I think she is not sure because her boyfriend is going to swanny and if he doesnt stay he might want to go to uncw. The college decission is going to affect her for the rest of her lifee because of her boyfriend and they dont even have a super stable relationship. Mt question is how can I make her no so blind to the best decision. should I talk to her boyfriend, her, her friends? I just need a way to help her see more clearly.
