Georgia Beaches that allow horseback riders?

Me and my friend are dying to take our girls riding on the beach. Riding someone elses horses isn't an option, we want to bring our own (and yes we have current coggins/shots etc). Where in Georgia, North Florida or Southern South Carolina are horses allowed on the beach?

    Port St. Joe (Cape San Blas) and (I think) Okaloosa or Walton Counties, Florida allow horses with a permit and poop bag.
