Imma little confused; Frankenstein is the monster. Did you mean Frankenstein killed three people close to the doctor?
A lot of serial killers turn on the people that raised them in revenge killings. They feel that those family members helped create the monster they have become. Some blame society, saying society created them and made them a monster.
