how many of you women out there go commando in public while wearing other clothes on top of your body in public?

What I mean by this is not wear underwear or bras but where dresses shorts or anything else on your body but undergarments?

    Not me. Too windy here, don't wanna flash anyone. Also I feel uncomfortable and feel really exposed if I don't wear anything underneath.
