How would I make a reusable mould for casting silicone?

All the answers that I've found are for a mould where the mould is the one made of silicon. Instead I want to be able to have a silicone positive.

You can mold silicone in a silicone mold, you just have to apply a release/separator to the mold. The companies that will sell you pourable silicone should also be selling the release

It will look like crap. Silicone is a goopy, liquid substance until it cures. It is impossible to form without a mold, and to carve a lump of cured silicone into a positive will be substandard to making one out of clay, and then making a mold (out of clay or silicone, or plaster, or cement, etc.) and then casting the silicone into a positive.

You cannot skip the mold making process and just make a silicone positive. You need to make a mold of a positive to pour silicone into. You can't just make a silicone positive.

The silicone positive is what you will have AFTER you pour silicone into the mould, whatever you make the mould out of.
