I need to know a few Spanish phrases for my movers that I'm using at the end of the month.?

I will have a 3 man team and it never fails, there's always only 1 guy that speaks English and the other 2 speak Spanish. With my very limited Spanish I can't communicate with them and it slows down the process. I mostly need to know how to say

1. I'm keeping that

2. That's going in the trash

3. Downstairs

4. Upstairs

5. Please be careful with that

6. This stays here

Also I would like to label the boxes to say upstairs or downstairs to make it easier on them so they don't have to ask me, what's the best wording for that?

Thanks in advance.

Update:

I do have some basic Spanish knowledge so don't be afraid to just type exactly the correct Spanish instead of trying to make it easy on me and simplifying it. These are just simply Phrases that I haven't learned yet.

Update 2:

Not trying to insult them in any way at all but they don't know what's in my boxes and many of them have glass in them and they are VERY heavy. They might just think it's a box of books when really it's a marble vase, I have every right to tell them to be careful because my last team tried to pile things exactly like that one on top of another and dropped some of my boxes causing about 2500 worth of damages.

Update 3:

Fire is common sense but you have no idea how many times I've seen movers pile boxes of books on top of lightweight boxes with glass

    2. Basura

    3. abajo

    4. arriba

    5. No need to insult them.

    After Updates:

They'll be careful with all your things without you needing to tell them and you only described an accident; those happen. You also don't need to tell them not to set the boxes on fire.

After More Foolishness in the Comments:

"...you have no idea how many times I've seen..." Nor do I have any interest.

Being careful is not just common sense but, their job as well. No one needs to remind you to ask if the customer wants fries at your job.
