One hopes, but likelier still is the US withdrawing from China's "region" so that South Chorea and Japan will be forced to become nuclear powers. Japan is two screws away from being a nuclear power. Of course, Russia sort of "wraps around" down there near North Chorea and may take them out before anyone else.
