What happens if you don t send an item on eBay and have took money out of paypal?

lets say you dont send an item and the money has already came into your hands; then you withdraw the money from your paypal. You then say something like "hope you enjoyed the product". How would the seller get in trouble

If you are a new seller, you do not get access to the funds until the buyer has received the item (and verified it has been received). As a new seller, there are a series of qualifications you have to meet to get immediate access to the funds - you have to wait at least 90 days beyond your first successful sale; you have to make 25 successful transactions; and 3) you have to sell more than $250 worth of stuff.

As an "experienced seller, you would have access to your cash immediately unless your rating drops below the minimum standard for all sellers, your seller;s dashboard shows below standard, or you are rated as a risky seller.

Once you have met the above standards, you get access to your cash faster. Basically, you will have access to the cash 3 days after the buyer receives his/her item (based upon shipping method) or 7 days if you do not use tracking (the system uses the estimated delivery date). If you do not provide any tracking info, you wait 21 days after the seller pays (and that assumes the seller does not report a problem).

So, as you can see, eBay has built in controls to avoid people who plan to do what you propose (sell but do not ship). Basically, it is up to you to prove the item was delivered to get paid, not for the buyer to prove delivery.

The buyer could sue your *** for false advertising and scamming. Don't be that asshole.
