Then they make purchases and delete the virtual card. Would that work or would they not be allowed to purchase a vcc off entropy with stolen details(they haven't been reported stolen yet)

I mean I was watching something and people were purchasing luxury watches online with stolen cc details don't the banks trace the addresses or what ?

Ok let's say you have a bag with you and you've brought it into a shop which don't provide baskets or trolleys, so your pickijg up things you wanna buy and then your hands are full and you decide to place some in your bag and walk around in store with them looking to purchase other merchandise alongside the ones in the bag. Let's say you go towards the exit because there's a specific item you want to pick up from their; can security detain you and is it shoplifting?

If a person was in debt and then a collection agency came over. They take some of your possessions then once there on their way someone robs them and the things and cash they confiscated from you are robbed from the collection agency. Who would be responsible for the loss

Ok I got into a bit of trouble and now I owe eBay £250 they have been sending me emails about 'possible' collection agencies however I'm starting to wonder if they just keep spamming you with emails and letters please someone guide me.

What happens if someone in my house eBay account gets suspended, will I someone different who hasn't been banned but lives in same house where someone has been banned allowed to make a selling account

Ok I ran into a scammer on ebay, he had withdrew the money which I sent via PayPal to him. I then opened a case and even though the seller told me he had nothing in his account PayPal refunded me, so in the end the seller got free money and I also got my original money back. Why does this happen

If I attempt to pay a lower price for something using self checkout but in the end I actually gave the item back to the man. Then he said he could call the police or I just can have a warning and ban. Could he call the police because I didn't actually do the scam I gave the item back to the store before i was met by the security guard. So would police do anything

Okay me and my pals went into asda to do a self checkout scam (when you scan a cheap item twice and put an expensive item down instead). Okay, I tried that but then the man came over and asked if I wanted the chocolates I said no. Then he took them away. The security guard pulled me over saying that I hadn't paid for the cheap item I brought which I had. Then he checked CCTV and seen the self checkout scam. I said that I was just clumsy and scanned the wrong thing twice. He then said pay £1 or I will call the police. I paid. Then he let me go, would I get in trouble for the self checkout thing even though I actually didn't do the scam successfully ?

An eBay seller doesn't ship item and withdraws payment

lets say you dont send an item and the money has already came into your hands; then you withdraw the money from your paypal. You then say something like "hope you enjoyed the product". How would the seller get in trouble

Hi i recently bought an item off eBay 2 weeks ago and the seller claims they have shipped it; they aren't replying or anything and i think they have withdrawn the money from their PayPal account. What can i do to get my money back?
