What happens if an eBay seller doesn't ship an item but withdraws the payment money you sent ? How can i get it back?

    File complaint with PayPal and you get your money back. That's why you always use PayPal.

    Obviously, you did not read eBay's polices, which is a requirement to selling on eBay. You have to follow their policy to obtain a refund. This is NOT the forum to do that. You have to do it on the eBay website.

    If they cant send the item, they have to issue a refund. If neither happened, you open a case against them in Resolution Center.

    you file a complain on EBAY and EBAY will have to refund your money
