Help please urgent?

What happens if someone in my house eBay account gets suspended, will I someone different who hasn't been banned but lives in same house where someone has been banned allowed to make a selling account

    Yeah, it can't be a problem, because what if people move house? They can only suspend based on your account's actions.

    The account is attached to the person not the house.
