    Anyone can depending on what you classify as losing your mind

    Water signs are classified as more emotional I guess but then that would mean all patients/majority on psych wards would be Water signs which is not the case.

    Any can. Jeffrey Dahmer, Charles Manson, Ted Bundy, Richard Ramirez. They all have been different zodiac signs and all of them, for example, had lost their minds.
