1) go to the ER or a doc and get your stomach pumped out
2) buy a plot in the cemetery and get a funeral plan right away
best of luck - don't do it again if you survive this

You are just joking but in case other people is watching this in a real case to help others, one has to call the ambulance and drink a lot of water till the paramedics arrive.

An overdose of paracetamol can cause serious harm. The maximum amount for adults is 1 gram (1000 mg) per dose and 4 grams (4000 mg) per day. Using more paracetamol could cause damage to your liver.

That's an obvious overdose, but it would take perhaps 24 tablets (12,000mg) to be a lethal overdose, in an adult. However, the OTC Med is not good for the liver, even taken normally. One would be foolish to overdose on such meds.
edit: Your attitude sucks, so call your poison control center and ask them if you should treat this like an emergency, since it is now, what, 30 hours old.

I honestly don't know, although you're probably safe by now, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Go to A and E and get your stomach pumped - but its possibly too late to do that now.
