How often do you remodel or update your kitchen? Do you do it yourself or do you hire a professional?

i do everything myself becasue i enjoy it.

never, mine is what came with the original building, which my mother treated carefully and cleaned regulalry. i have painted the walls and ceiling but that's all. i still have my food processor from 35 years ago and a cover i made for it.

I don't, too expensive and kitchens fine

we're renting. :) so... no remodeling for us. but... we did it exactly 1 time when we owned our own home. ;) no professional work. except that my step dad has construction experience.
