Am I still considered a full time college student during summer break?

I got summoned for jury duty in late May. I will be on summer break during that time, so would I answer no for being a full time student? Also, I guess it just varies everywhere but it didn't say on the form - is it likely that, if selected, the trial would happen relatively soon after? As in, it would happen before the fall semester starts in late August?

Update:

Also, another question asks if I or anyone close to me has been convicted of a crime (other than a traffic violation) - would that typically refer to parents or siblings? I have a cousin that was but I'm not sure if they consider that close. We have a good relationship and live close to each other, see each other on holidays and some other weekends, but it's still not like someone I'm constantly around.

You are indeed a full-time student, but I'd add "On summer break between 10 May and 20 August" (or whatever) on the form, and let the court decide. You'll likely be excused.

If the cousin doesn't live with you or is someone you see each week, I wouldn't count the cousin.

You are a full term student along with the time you spend on 'breaks'

You say "Yes" you're a full-time student. The court knows it's summer. But you could get into a trial that goes into your upcoming Fall semester.
