Which is grammatically correct?

"Does Milk or Coffee Affect Plant Growth?" or "Do Milk and Coffee Affect Plant Growth?"

It will be a title.

    They're both grammatically correct. The one to use depends on what you want to say.

    If you're asking about milk AND coffee affecting growth, then you say "Do milk and coffee affect ..."

    But if you're asking about one or the other affecting growth, then you say "Does milk or coffee...."
