Can I start this business?

I want to send forms to people and tell them how to get the telemarketers in that field off their back for a 1 time fee of $10. these companys charge them $700 to fill out the application for them

    Or you can just tell them you are on the do not call list and they stop calling....

    You do know there is a do-not-call list with free signup? OK, it doesn't always work, but how are you going to make it work any better? And who are these companies you say are getting $700 for that? I've never been approached by, or heard of one.

    Not a viable business. Anyone can do it for free.
