    If any bomb is dropped anywhere near Africa it's going to be hot. If not, and it's big enough the rest of the world will be looking at nuclear winter which means no sun, no crops, no food and starvation for those who do survive the initial bomb. Other than where the bomb is dropped there's no reason to think anywhere will be 'hotter' - quite the reverse.
