Just a poem. What do you think?

In Everyone

He waits

hands stained with blood

hiding his soul

from civilized people

He watches

the innocent pass

hating their ease

He seethes

wanting their death

to kill their dreams

to destroy their lives

He wants nothing

but the rush of

their terror

It turns him on

it makes him happy

His mind is twisted

his soul is broken

and he breathes

the breath of death

He is in the heart

of everyone.

Like isn't a sense I have about this, though I think it's well presented. I'm into James Patterson books at the moment, and this sounds a lt like a sub plot / character of his writing.

The final two lines may hold more truth than many realize. Do me a favor, no offense, you need not use the word "Just This is a thought out, free verse poem, albeit about a tormented soul.

Soul - is in truth the Spirit and Body of man.

It turns him on- Gives him satisfaction.

It makes him happy - It makes him content.

It's good at showing the dark side in people. Maybe try to add some figurative language and personification to it so it doesn't sound clichéd.
