Just had a crazy idea. We have a lottery for Mexican people. They buy tickets and the money goes to building a wall. Every lottery, 50 Mexicans get automatic US citizenship. Keep having them, until the wall is paid.

Make the Mexicans pay for it!
Simply tax all personal money remittances being sent to people in Mexico. We know the people doing that are Mexican immigrants (legal and illegal) sending money home to their families.
