Why am I getting annoying popups ONLY on this website?

Popup blocker is active and my privacy settings does not allow other web pages to upload. These interruptions are getting annoying. Am I the only one seeing this or is this happening to everyone on this site?

    You have indicated that you have already adjusted the setting for your browser.

    Run scans with both Malwarebytes and CCleaner free editions. You might have some adware on your computer. Malwarebytes will remove it.
