Problem with stove top?

Gas is on and running, the oven works, but the stove top burners won't light. You can see the spark, but it won't catch. It's a new stove, so I'd hate to have to replace it. Any ideas on what the issue could be? (Also just moved into the house and transferred the gas into our name but it was already on, I don't think there's any air in the line because the oven comes on)

Can you hear gas coming out when you try and light the burner(s)?

Do you have a clicker or long match to try and light it manually?

Keep the knob depressed until the burner lights and hold it depressed for a second or two.

did you move the stove yourselves? I'm wondering if there's a tipover safety mechanism inside the stove that disconnects the gas to the burners.

Get an electric range... Haha Joking call a pro! Gas and where you sleep aren't a good mix so be safe!
