What upgrades should i do for a peugeot 206xs 1.6 16v dohc 110hp engine to get around 170hp?

    Upgrade to a better car.

    Simplest ? Replace the engine with one from a 206 GTI, and the other mechanical parts as well.

    To get 50% more hp out of an engine needs a major redesign / rebuild and usually forced induction (turbo). Major engine work needed there.

    Turbo or supercharging with associated engine strengthening works, engine remap, exhaust etc etc. Then it will also need better brakes and suspension too. - almost certainly cheaper to buy a different car with the power you want already built in.
