My cousin wants to be me!?
From texting my ex boyfriend who she knew i was still in love with, to texting guys I have still been dating, to telling lies and turning all my family against me which has lead me to alienate everyone, to trying to do things like me to basically just wanting my life I have been left depressed and miserable with her now being close to all the family like I was and hanging out with the friends I hAd to generally just taking my identity. What do I do?

How come you gave your cousin your ex's number, and all those other people. This cousin is incredibly insecure and the less you share with her, the better. You need to treat her coldly and with contempt and not engage with any of her behavior. Talk to your friends about her, but don't talk to her, at all. Eventually she'll go away.
