    1) Drink plenty of water, obviously water is good for you but it also tends to fill you up which prevents over eating.

    2) Eat plenty of fruits and veggies, make sure you're getting enough protein in your meals.

    3) Cut back on foods such as pasta, rice, bread and potatoes. You can use whole meal pasta and bread which is healthier but still don't over do it.

    4) Have a cheat day once a week, allow yourself one day a week to eat your favourite foods, but again don't over eat, it'll stop you from caving in and binge eating if you allow yourself a cheat day.

    5) Eat smaller portions, buy smaller plates; it'll trick your brain into think you're eating a lot of food when you're not.

depends on how tall you are.

How tall are you? Even at 5' tall the max recommended for a female is 120 lbs so you might not be overweight unless you're very short and/or have a small frame. You're clearly NOT 20 lbs overweight, unless you're very, very short.

The way to good health is eating healthy foods and exercising, whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or just good overall general fitness.
