To be impeached he must first be charged with a crime. Just because he's a dope doesn't mean he's done anything illegal. The POTUS has the right to share intelligence information with whomever he pleases, it may be dumb but it's not illegal.

If it can be proven that Donald Trump himself worked with the Russians to help him get elected, then yes, I think impeachment should be considered.
