What's a simple app or preferably website which I can go to which allows me to control another computer from my tablet?

I am attempting to help someone with their computer. But it is difficult walking them through the process. Is there a very simple website or app which can quickly and easily give me access to their computer (actually their tablet or computer). TeamViewer didn't work. And I tried a couple of others that were not compatible with her device.

    I agree with using "teamviewer" like the guy above me recommended, it is very easy to use and i myself personally use it.

    its always been part of windows its called REMOTE access.

    Try TeamViewer (TV). There is a free version for personal use, but you need to install TV on both computers. That is to say, you can't just control someone else's computer without their permission.

    Edit: Oh, I see you already tried TV. Sorry, that's all I got. Good luck. (Otherwise, study up on VPN's, but I can't help you there.)
