Suicide is a cowards way out of problems, do you agree?

Can't generalize, I don't think - big differences in situations. For instance, compare a heartbroken teenager who will heal in two months and be just fine with a 70 year old stroke victim who can't communicate anymore or put two thoughts together - depends.

The thoughts that precede a suicide are usually those of a nature of being alone and unwanted, and sometimes, not always, but sometimes, those people have been treated roughly and have been taught that they have no out, that no one cares. And that can get to be too much to carry on narrow shoulders, and they end up with no will to live and just want to find some peace.

no i dont agree....you have no idea what these people go through so stop judging..you would feel different if it was your friend or family member

Not necessarily. Some who do it are cowards but many have semi legitimae reasons, abuse/victims of constant bullying.

The answer is that it doesn't matter if anyone believes it's a coward's way out or if it's a noble act of self-sacrifice. Labeling it either and shaming people who suffer enough to want to kill themselves doesn't help them or anyone, and only alienates them from the rest of society. It would be more constructive--and compassionate--to offer your support as opposed to making people feel worse about themselves.

No. People just get overwhelmed with depression and can't get out of it. I don't think most are running from any kind of problem per se.

They aren't necessarily doing it to run away from their problems. They do it to make the pain stop, or because they truly believe that everybody would be better off with out them. They do not think anyone will miss them.
