What does not stealing and coveting have to do with paying taxes and believing in God?

Is there a country in which theft is legal? Where the rich are exempt from all taxation?

What does coveting have to do with believing in God? Do you mean that atheists never covet what others have? Why would that work?

    Is there more to this?

Taxation is not theft. It is of the world's politics, not of God's. A politician who enacts a tax because he covets public support or wealth is living in abject sin and will be held accountable by God.
