Need help with a SOAP scenerio?

A 35 year old female in her second trimester of pregnancy calls the OBGYN office stating she has acid reflux. She states prior to pregnancy, she used to take Tagamet and wants to ensure that it is still ok to take while pregnant.

How can I find this information and what do I do once I have found it?

I need to include the list and forms that may be used......this is what I'm really lost on.

I ask for help from my instructor on Fri, still no reponse

Look at it from health point of view and give proper and regular treatment to her in consultation with a gynecologist.

That info is contained in any drug reference (usually by a letter designation like CAT A in pregnancy etc). But not sure if you are supposed to actually answer the Q or refer to the clinican depending on your scope of practice and job description.
