How much weight could I lose ?

I'm thinking about going back to the diet I used in 6th grade, which was just eating vegetables (green beans, carrots, peas, and corn). I know its not the healthiest diet, but it did work. I'm not sure if it would work now though, since its been thirteen years. I'm planning on increasing my water and protein into this diet as well. Would that help ?

    Youre never going to be fit/skinny if you go on diets. You need a lifestyle change. Sure you lose weight with diets but then you start eating like a crap again and gain it all back and youre back to starting point.
